Ok, so you already knew that. And you already know that if you don’t have the body you want, it’s because the habits you have suck.

The reason most people aren’t good at making new habits,
is because they don’t play the habit game.
How To Win the Habit Game
Have you ever played Angry Birds? You probably didn’t WIN the entire game the first time you played.
In fact, you may have had to play each level two or three times before you even figured out a good strategy for that level. Then, with the good strategy, you may have had to play two or three *more* times to win.
That’s the way the habit game is.
Most people fail at creating habits because they quit the first time they fall off the wagon.

I’m telling you, just like Angry Birds, if you are changing your food this January, it’s going to take multiple tries to get it right.
If you want to change (or add) breakfast, it could take a couple mornings before you even figure out what you want to eat. Then you might win and fail on different days trying to actually prepare it, or wake up in time to prepare it, or have time to eat it.
That’s not wrong.
THAT IS THE GAME! Just keep playing.
Like any game worth playing, in the beginning, you may fail as often as you win. You may fail more. But if you keep playing, you’ll figure things out. In fact, just like Angry Birds, sometimes you’ll even figure things out by accident.
Just keep playing.
