So, I went through an Intermittent Fasting Phase back in 2012. Guess I was ahead of the curve?
Anyway, my opinion on IF has changed a lot since then.

I guess I’ve been doing an accidental 16/8 and never knew it! (It’s just how I prefer to eat…dinner around 7, first meal of the day a brunch around 11).
The only thing I consume prior to that is VERY diluted juices/water, like 6 cups that has maybe 1/4 cup pure cranberry juice or coconut water or lemon/lime/ACV/stevia and some coffee or tea (decaf) with cream.
Do these count as ‘fast breakers’? (i guess….’breakfasts’ haha)
