When I read Tom Venuto's landmark e-book Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle, it inspired me to write my first e-book. Tom was one of the Pioneers of e-books in the fitness world.
Today he is releasing his first hardcover book- The Bodyfat Solution.
It's awesome because it's not about workouts or diet. It assumes you are already doing a good workout program, and you are at least considering some sort of nutrition program.

I'm recommending it just on the strength of Tom Venuto's reputation, and that some friends of mine who have gotten to see pieces of it early, said it was awesome.
