The article is awesome. Strong girls are hot. Same goes for dudes – skinny fat dudes aren’t good either. So I’ll de-gender it – strong is hot.

honestly, i have to disagree with you on this one. strong girls might be hot… if they don’t overdo it. the one on the right has overdone it. legs and arms are way too thick (for me), whereas her midsection is horribly undefined.
and what’s worse: http://www.crossfitsouthbay.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/dressed-up.jpeg
didn’t the entire “strong training” emphasize the veins on her arms? i doubt they would be that prominent if she didn’t do weight training but still maintain the same body fat…
You know what, I switched the picture ’cause this one does a better job of illustrating what I am about.
As far as her being too thick or too veiny, here is the thing: I never judge someone’s body goal or tell them what their goal should be. What ever you want, I think you should have it. So if that’s not what you are going for, I totally get it.
I’m not going to knock her at all though. The majority of women working out would be stoked to have a body like that.
The cool thing is, we can all have what ever *we* want! =)
