Most of the hunger games "Train Like A Tribute" posts I've read have really sucked. So we're going to kick it up a notch and create two workout programs, based on how I would train you if your life depended on surviving The Hunger Games.
The "Career" Tribute Training Program is for girls and guys who live in Districts 1, 2 or 4, who train for The Hunger Games full time and have access to what ever they need. In the movie, that was Cato and Clove (D2), Marvel and Glimmer (D1) and the unnammed girl and guy from (D4). The Career Tributes have access to whatever they need, workout and training-wise.
The District 12 Tritbute Training Program is going to be completely minimal – bodyweight and one kettlebell only. And while I named it for District 12, where Katness and Peeta are from, it would be similar for Districts 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 also. This workout will be done entirely outside.
