Rocky Balboa “It’s about how hard you can get hit”

Life will bring you to your knees and keep you there.  Permanently.  If you let it.
It’s not about how hard you hit.  It’s about how hard you can get hit.  And keep moving forward.  Keep moving forward.
If you know what you’re worth, go out and get it.  But you have to be willing to take the hit.

I love this quote. The essence of this quote is inspiration. Stallone looks like he really worked hard on this picture and embodies this philosophy in his workouts.

    Hi

Just great quote…and a brilliant movie…I just saw it yesterday.

It has answered alot of questions for me… I am in martial arts all my life and now 1 year living in Thailand, and I am 35 and wanted to do a few fights, just to overcome me and my limitations.

That quote, and the movie has made my mind up. I am going to get into the ring and fight in 2007.

I train daily anyway….so I am upping my training in Muay Thai for 6 months…and then back into the ring!

Thanks Rocky! and If George Foreman can do it at 50… I can at 35.

    To the Top!
